- Any return/claim must be made within 15 days of receipt of product.
- All claims after 15 days will be void.
- Defective product may be required to be returned.
- All defective product must be packaged properly and have an RMA number associated with the package.
- Only cartridges that have been verified as damaged/defective will be credited.
